Partnered with Cox Communications, we are a retail company based out of Tempe, Arizona. We currently operate six Cox exclusive retail locations! We have stores in Phoenix, Tucson, Sierra Vista, San Diego and Las Vegas.

Your Pay

  • This is an hourly plus monthly commissions job.
  • The hourly advertised is inclusive of commissions and it is our REAL commission average with ability to earn more. *Hourly is $14.70
  • The ACTUAL average commissions for all retail sales associates in this store is $942 per month, with top performers averaging over $1,900.

Job Duties of the Retail Sales Representative

  • Utilize resources and tools provided to succeed in a commissioned sales environment. Get new customers and upgrade existing ones too.
  • Win by showing customers their product and service options that best fit their needs.
  • Maximize sales through follow-up with customers and potential sales leads.
  • Be the brand! Represent Cox Communications and our company. with the upmost standards and ethics.
  • Store hours are 10AM-7PM Mon-Sat and Sundays OFF!
  • WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR TRADITIONAL RETAIL ASSOCIATES or CLERKS -we are seeking SALES PROFESSIONALS that are self motivated and have the drive to win!

The Perfect Retail Sales Representative

  • Has the personal drive to be a commissioned salesperson.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Can communicate well and have charisma in working with people.
  • Has the ability and eagerness to learn how to WIN through training and development.
  • Be able to stand for a majority of the time during your work shift.
  • Can lift up to 50lbs.
  • Sales/Customer Service experience a plus.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
